LOL, yup. The demo, so I have to have this done in 30 days (time incentive).

Question though, on ships that have only one fit, (Such as DEs), do you want them in two tone camo (Grey and blue), or in splinter disruptive patterns?

TA Camo pack 1.0 completed.

Post by Tankerace »

I have finished the main camo pack ( a few ships left to do as alrenatives). If anyone from the CHS team wants it PM me. I want to get with Don, and make a few more new graphic slots, so ships in different fits can rotate through an entire series of camo patterns.

Here are a few examples:

Image
HMS Prince of Wales, as she appeard on 11 December 1941.

Image
USS Pensacola, as she appeard in MS 32 camo in 1944.

Image
USS A. M. Sumner, in MS 32 camo in 1944.

Image
USS Saratoga, in MS 11 Camo pattern in 1943.

Image
USS New Orleans in MS 22 Camo, around 1942.

I have finished the camo pack, that can work with the Alpha of the mod. It comes out to 39 graphics. The shils are done too. If anyone wants it, just PM me.

Should also work with my 1.3 OOB Mod.

Very cool! Unfortunately there is only one refit for the Cachalot's so the final pic is extra or we can add second refit for the class. (By 43 they were training boats).

Might as well add in the second refit, it was there historically (training boat or not).

I might add, compare these graphics to the stock ones by Matrix. I used the same hull (except made them look non rusty) and did the Conning Towers from scratch. The stock ones were fairly innacurate, too small, and ugly.

Oh yeah, and I had to do the bows too. For some reason, Cachalot and Perch didn't have clipper bows.

I've received and incorporated all of Tankerace's new submarines. Platoonist has also reworked literally hundreds of icons with a better palatte (right term??). I'm currently going through them all and checking for problems (and finding some).

As soon as I finish it will be time for a new artwork release.
