Move Factories

Post by Patris »

Hi, people!
As a russian player in campaign '41, I've dutifuly transferred my factories to the Urals, one each week.
But at the end of August, even with all the 5000 rail points available, it has not been more allowed.
The question is: the limit is on the date? On the number of factories? Their type? If I interrupt transfers for a time may resume later?
Is possible go around this limitation or is a deliberate limit?
The manual say nothing about this.
If, as I presume, the limit is on the number, what factories do you think is better carry away?
In order of importance for me are Heavy Industry, Artillery, some key aircraft factories, T34 (more than KV, their pool seems don't empty too easy).
Do you agree?
BTW, what do you do with the Leningrad factories? If you leave them in place, risk a big loss if the fell; if you carry away some, almost certainly you lose more critical industries elsewhere...
Said in other words: what probality there is for you that Leningrad fall in '41?
I've found that the loss of the factories is a critical point for defeat Russia in '42.

In 41 campaing, it´s better no transfer factories in the first four weeks, and employ the rails to transfer the units to defensive positions. You´ll lose some factories, but germans can´t advance to Moscow or Karkov, even Kiev will be difficult to conquer.
I´ve played as german PEBM against this tactic. Do you want test it?
