Leningrad Supply Question

I've taken Lenigrad. Now it looks like Mother Russia wants her back. Will Finland continue to supply Leningrad through a rail line or does the supply have to come from German occupied lands.

The rail line from Finland starts repairing in August.

Never encounter this scenario, but i will bet that if will be supplied along the rail coming from Helsinki that has a maximum supply value of 5.
