Where is Saratov?

To all of you soviet players who have 'lost' Saratov in the '42 scenerio just go west from the city a few hexes to the rail junction and one hex SW and you will find the city that somehow entered the twilight zone.

Hey, neat trick! You can fix this easy with editwir by setting Saratov's location ('C' in editwir's menu)to 67,29.
