I think I understand what's wrong now. He doesn't realise that Matrix Games is the PUBLISHER...he simply thinks they are a reseller of the game.

This is why everyone is telling you you will not get it this week. The PUBLISHER (MATRIX GAMES) has not published it yet...so any items out there are illegal copies...

I'll repeat for the hard of hearing...Matrix Games have not published the game yet...and they are the sole publishers of the game. And if the publishers have not published the game, there are no legal copies distributed.

There....a little misunderstanding eventually cleared up.....

As for Ebay I try to avoid it like the plague. Too many friends of mine got burned bad there. Sure there is an insurance policy but seems to be a problem when ever you need it!

Either all these companies are lying.. or you are wrong.

oh christ

yeah, matrix is wrong. they are mistaken about the ship date of their own product. you better dredge up some more links from ebay and amazon to show matrix how wrong they are, because on the internet the third-party vendor is never wrong and has never put in a wrong availability date on anything, and of course because some of them show the same date doesn't mean they got it from the same wrong source, it must mean matrix is wrong.

yeah ok.

I agree with one comment hiroller made. Matrix Games should list the games in it's store not as "preorder" but just as an FYI, coming soon.

Please don't bash the new folks that come on the forum, I'm a HUGE fan of matrixgames and 2by3 and I'm looking forward to more exciting games, the more new customers they get the more games matrix will be able to publish.

wdirons, newcomers that post in a constructive manner are not, in my experience, bashed. Those that come in make unconstructive posts and behave with poor manners, bash the company, etc., generally recieve a very poor reception.

Misinformed

Thank you much. And the lack of information of their site lead me to believe inacurrate information posted on several other websites.

This whole process has been a pain and I will never purchase another product from this company again because of it.

ok, looks like this has run its course.

i'm not sure what "process" led you to your decision, but taking innacurate information and coming to us saying we are wrong because of it will not generate warm and fuzzy feelings.
