Tactical advice from good pbem-players

I like to hear tips from good players about the barbarossa-campaign. For instance after the two first weeks where should the german player push his panzers? Pskov, Bryansk, lower dniepr? Because the month of july-august is vital I want to hear how you direct your forces on the operational level.

Moreover, other tips can come in handy will be apreciated. Someone come up with a new tactic or how to positon forces for defence etc....
