Map add on question

I know it has been stated elsewhere, but I could not find it. I am looking for the add on that shows the amount and type of resources in a base.

Also does anyone have a set of Icons that shows the Soviet flag instead of the star?

I have had a look at a number of map mods and dont think there is a completed set yet that shows what you are looking for but have a look at Body's utility which has everything you want + he is at present developing at another util so you can create your own map style on the fly check the post on the util

as to russian flag I can have a look at creating one for you not hard
