JSI - a minor bug

There was a bug on version 1.13 of Wir which meant the KV factories did not upgrade to the Joseph Stalin tanks when they came out. By memory nor did the JSIs factories update to JSIIs etc.
This seems very odd and is annoying as if the Russian wants a Tiger Panther killing tank he needs the JS tanks.
Can Arnaud have a look at this?
Will report on the updates within the JS tanks as soon as I see them but I fear they will be also flawed.

In version 3.0, the Kv-85 upgrades to the Is-IIm in June of 1944. There will be a new Is-I factory in Lnd Ls/Siber in March of 1944 and it too will upgrade to the Is-IIm. In January of 1954 the Is-IIm factories will upgrade to the Is-III.
