Looking for variables

I'm trying to create a scenerio for my own enjoyment and cannot find the addresses for the variables that limit the number of squads, recon, arty, AT and Flak for the different types of divisions. Has anyone else found where this can be edited?

I realize that it is likely that these numbers are in the exe file.
Will our dirty little war against Yugoslavia be known in the future as the "War of the Blue Dress"?
