I have Franks now, they are OK planes with skilled pilots flying them. So are the Tony's and Georges.

You still have good pilots left for them? [&o] That's impressive.

I'm also surprised you still have a CV strike force to hit and run with. How many carriers do you have, anyways?

Well I have good pilots becasue I withdraw them if I am going to lose and rebulid and train the groups up. I think I have 6 or 7 cv's and several cvl's including the seaplane convertions which or OK, but came with carrier capible planes not trained.

He has also kept a lid on his Carriers, except for one large 43 battle he got nailed.. since day 1 JAp has lost 5 of 6 mainline carriers.. and it is not 35 carriers it is 39 with anouther group as backup

Singapore hite by the first wave before the marines even arrived and took se ere losses and a fort drop from 8 to 7.. I doupt it will last into July.. Bankok is a non issue.. he has it and is strong.. so until I can totally eleminate them they will stay.. eating up supplies Z can not afford.. and more troops in French indo China.. beware the great after PI offensive!!!!

MArcus is about to be invaded.. I am wondering if Z will send the Yamatos out to play?

Allied assault odds: 41 to 1 (fort level 8)

Allied forces CAPTURE Singapore base !!!

Japanese ground losses:

Not much left outside French indo China and PI mainland... the few bases in Borneo are to be taken soon, and the massed forces rested in the rear area of Batavia now have marching orders, so to speak... MArcus has yet to have an officail, date , but I doubt it will be too long.. just need to get uber ds back from its vain attempt??? to chase down and nail those pesky jap cv's.. now where are they.. those f**ers just vanished again stealth mode around Hong Kong my planes continue to supress airbases in PI... not much else to say... I think 4 out of the 5 marine divisions will be joined into the fisrt MArine corp for operation Mainila freedom!

AND THE DEATH STAR has not found much WIMP BLOOD... where oh where can those pesky cv's be? they didn't slip by me to the main Islands.. not possible .. or is it?

yep he scooted away along the coast and none of my recon or search planes found him too bad.. my now 46 flat top uber death star has its sights on an ap group steaming toward HK... then I think it should go hunting and then retire to the marcus area where it can provide air cover ... note air cover for operations in PI are able to be done at takloban and San Jose.. both will be level 6 air bases

it was nice to see the point jump for taking Singapore, I have decided to take the rest of the Jap troops out in SRA for the point value, and in the next 45 days I get numerous cve and five new or referbished essex cv!.. things just keep looking up.. and why do I get p51 in my pool when I have no air groups ?

Freeboy you need to make up a lot of points to pull this one off. I know your rolling round the map with huge force smashing the Japanese but Z has got big leads in all catagories.

Its interesting that the game is still very much up in the air even though the Allies are so strong. I like that because it means that when I finally get to the late war in my games it should be playable.

IF A.. I can isolate and destroy large amounts of troops..
and B take all bases.. and c.. sink all his ships
and D destroy all his Industry..
the I will have won...
can I .. sure. no problem.. that is not the real test .. the test is can I do it by the Historical VJ day.. this is very much in ?.....
Soon PI will fall.. and then it is MArcus and a new operation designed to pump more points into the totals

San Jose is now a five.. when it goes ito Six I think we may see the initial landings.. I am not sure though.. Would like the reserve army free from Borneo and Maly are first.. not too sure that is going to happen in a day or two.. in 12 dayu I get four new B29 groups.. yippee.. I love b29's and new CV's makes me giddy!.. I am now planning on Two DS.. one to probe and one .. maybe two to counter punch any risky Jap anti shipping attacks as my steam roller continues... not nothin at all is happening in Bankok.. sounds like a dead end for now...but every one needs supplies and I cannot imagine a force so large that it can survive too long after supplies start to diminish in the area... look at your map and see how a level 6 base at San jose IS.. near Minila is Strategic!!! I can hit alot with heavies out of there, and the intire PI mainland with shorter range 25 26 20 etc.. and all my fuighter bomber and such.... marines, aircorp and navy oh my!...

The troops in OZ will get some more rhelp too, so the final bases in the corners of the SRA will fall, giving some more troop lose points and base points....
I hope to be 1-1 in points before Jan 45.. it could happen short of a catastrophic navel oops, and I have had so many it seems un bearable[&o]

Damn his Eng's bulid bases so fast I swear one went from a 1 or 0 to 6 in two weeks.

recipe for quickie bases:
add one or two base units..
add a hq..
add 6 Sea Bees
add 250K supplies or more..
Mix thouroughly

the supplies make all the differrence.. Batavia got stuck with a humongo army and no supplies and just sat even with TONS of eng and HQ...

My cv's are running low, planes are ok.. of course more is always better unless the exp SUCK.. then the plans suck too, but after all that I considered needing to add supplies, fuel and bombs... Z never came out to play.. so It is the support PI.. and MArcus and then probably another run at Tokey.. I was right there when his carriers raided San Jose

too bad... I am surer those big ports are Full of ships.. Saigon and CB are getting to be full of sailors without ships.. I think a new feature shoiuld be marines conscripted out of dead in port ships....[X(]

Palambang getting its freedom soon, not much else to report, I keep flying and pounding ports and airbases in FIC and PI the next areas of major conflict...

It is now mid July 44, I have not luanched my invasions.. I think prudence is to wait.. and soon I will get a new DS with a different mix of planes to do some probing of Z's defences.. the next of 4 soon to be released 29 air groups came out, so I will have eight of these terrors soon, but they start with shittty exp.. 55, sooo
I am finishing up still in SRA.. and the buildup in PI continues... MArcus will get some attention soon, more carriers etc out of Drydock and anouther new Essex class out soon to boot!..
I probably want to hit Z before anything else... San Jose is at about 5 days or so from being a level six.. then we hit all the bases in 14 range with a massive preperatory air strike.. remeoving the threat to PI invasion from bettie capable bases in China area....
