unable to install game on laptop

[:@][X(][&:][X(][8|][&o] Oh well I try to install my copy of the game but my laptop drive just keeps spinning. My desktop will load it but I dont have enough Ram to run it on that Pc. I have all my latest drivers, any guesses?
