Anyone else noticed this???

I would not think everyone would be skilled in submarine warfare. Why so generalized???

Watching Das boot and Run Silent Run Deep in one sitting makes anybody qualified to be a WW2 Sub captain[:D]

my buudy bought that and said it was so good he might just stay home and play it and say screw it to getting back into the army

If you create a Surface TF and select the same officer who was qualified for sub, he will now say he is qualified for a surface unit.[:D]
The same skill value set must refer to "qualification to command surface/submarine". Most likely a compromise. Otherwise would need another skill ("Hold breath Skill").[:D]
