Minor PBEM bug

Post by Scott_WAR »

When I load a save, and type in my password, for a brief instant, the area my opponent was looking at, with all units he can see is visible on my screen. Its there for about a second, just long enough to recognize where its at, and to get a good idea of the forces present.

Its nothing major, but in a gmae I am playing, I learned that my opponenet had a sizeable navy just out of my sight.

If you play PBEM, a temporray solution is to make sure you are in a seciton of the map thats relatively empty, so thats what your opponent will see when he loads. Unless its just me that gets that brief glimpse. In which case I need to start paying my spies a little better.

One PBEM opponent told me he could see my army though it seems that it can happen.

Yeah this is known. To stop it just before you end your turn focus the map on some part of the map that is not important.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty & well preserved body,
but rather to skid in broadside, totally worn out & proclaiming "WOW, what a ride!"
