partisans

I haven't had any problems now with Partisans, cause i keep my military presence in the conquered territiries equal or more to the number of populatian in that area. I have now invaded Russia in Fall 1941 and suddenly i have partisans in the Netherlands and France and Poland. Why ???

The only reason this could happen is if you pulled troops out of Netherlands and your garrison is less than the population center number.

Make sure those areas have a supply unit in them at the end of your movement phase or all the troops there just sit and watch the partisans party![:-] During the invasion of Russia it's easy to have supplies pulled form all over your empire.[X(]
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty & well preserved body,
but rather to skid in broadside, totally worn out & proclaiming "WOW, what a ride!"

Well i did not pull any units away from it. But i'm very low on supply now, so maybe that could make it happen. I'm not yet playing with advanced supply.
