vanishing update

I thought i saw aputtycat(sorry update)now its gone.was there a problem.one minute version 3.1 next 3.0 Have i had to many beers.

I taught I taw it too! In fact, I downloaded it. I gave it preliminary testing, for the one awful graphic fault the prior version was giving me, and it doesn't seem to recreate that. As well, I withdrew a unit from the West Front without it collapsing the front the next turn. I'm a little vexed about getting into it bigtime though, because my RGW could be arriving any day.
