Saves

Post by Chairman »

There is a bug in the save system.

I am playing a PBEM with an opponent and sins I got small children that wants to play with my computer all the time a have to save.
Units wich have been used are usable again when I open the saved game.
A great man ones said "Veni Vidi Vici" and "Alea iacta est"
But a lot other said this "Ave Caesar, morituri te salutant"

It is known thing Chairman, so everyone tries to play by email without saves in the middle of turn.
Thank you for reporting it again. May be it will finaly be fixed in the next update.

Chairman,

Saving a PBEM game also increments the date of all your reinforcements by 1 for every save and reload. So if you were to save 52 times and reload after each save your replacements will all arrive 1 year earlier than historical. Also, when you reload a saved PBEM game production and factory improvement will be rerun so you will have much more equipment available than was historical.

Most people who use PBEM never save the game until after combat has been executed to avoid this.
