I heard something about WIR III being developed. Is it also going to be a free download like WIR 3.1 or SPWaW?
Is it going to be a massive advance on the current version of WIR 3.1, or just a few additions?

If it's not going to be free, will it be available in shops (like TOAW) or only through the net?

It sounds like you are talking about the east front game being worked on by Gary Grigsby at 2by3 games. If you go to [url=http://www.2by3games.com,]www.2by3games.com,[/url] they have information. For now, the last I heard is no publisher has been found, although at one time Matrix briefly said they were going to do it with them. I am sure it will not be free, but that is all until a publisher is identified.
