replacements overflow bug

Hi!
There is unpleasant bug in current release. If you set repl.level to >75 there is a chance that infantry division which receives replacements will have new number of its squads equal
old_num+replacement-256.
Temporary workaround is to avoid to set replacement level to greatet than 75.

I've also noticed this bug, it happens quite often when playing the soviet side. It's not fun to see that divisions with many squads suddenly have only few left <img src="frown.gif" border="0">

Raahe is in Northern Finland.
