PBEM bug. I gain control of other side w/o entering password.

After dispatching Germany in spring of 1946 in my current PBEM, I am moving in on Japan. After ending the Western Allied turn, however, I am given control of Japan! :) Without entering a password. I suppose this is a bug. I have a save if you want it.

send the save to mauriceb@matrixgames.com

if you have a save BEFORE the condition existed and after the conditions exists send them both with instructions on duplicating the problem.
