how to make new units

I lost several corps during the winter russian couter attack.I really need to form some new but i'm not able to do it.I got plenty of men at OKW but i'm only able to transfer them,while what i'm needing now is to spread on the border some corps.
Any help would be usefull

I assume that you are creating corps where you want them but they are disappearing by your next turn??? If so, you must add at least one unit to the corps to keep it on the map, or the game automatically removes it. Either way, the process is to go to the hex, select utility, then Add Unit and select a corps. Then transfer in divisions, artillery or whatever. The keyboard shortcut is the F5 key.

Another thing, for general help, try the '/' button, it shows a list of all commands/shortcuts. I never use the menus anymore, too bothersome. <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

As a last ditch defence, read the manual. <img src="biggrin.gif" border="0"> btw, anyone know why there are two manuals in the files? WarRussia.pdf and Manual.pdf. AFAIK, they are exactly the same.

Ok guys,thanks for your help.I managed to create new units!Still some problems with something(my hq's do not support more than 5 groups of aircraft each)but i managed playing it:COOL!
