Since with 1.5 I'm going play Dec 7 again how should I play PH?

As Allies, is it better to leave your damaged BB's and CA's in port or let them take another day or two of hits and hope the size 10 port will save them as opposed to splitting up into 500 small fleets scattered to the wind (which I already do with my PT's, my AK's and PG's to suck up bombs and torps, I also send out all my undamaged ships on full speed ASAP). Just wondering while I kill time for 1.5 to come out. [X(]

Leave your stuff in the port. It's safer there. The Japanese will go away eventually. Then you can play, too. Or something like that.

Not true.

Duck and cover early on, yes, but as I've demonstrated in my AAR the Allies are perfectly capable to build up an overwhelming positional advantage as early as May 1942. And all they have to do is bring supply and equipment and troops forward.

Of course that's against a Japanese player who more less plays historically. Against a "maniac" it would undoubtedly work out differently. Haven't played one of those yet, though. [:)]
