Multiplayer Custom Mission Issue

So I made my first mod all of my questions were answered by purusing the forums except one.

When I load my mod in multiplayer and assign my buddy to be my wingman he only ever loads as an observer.

Details:

Tiger Wing has size 2
Tigers are size 2 Falcons Player, and Playable, and on ALERT based at Tiger Base

Everything works in single player, he just gets launched in observer and never gains control of my wingman.

So I'm sure its something simple, but I haven't figured it out as yet...

Nevermind issue solved, buddy has a bad install.
