I would recommend NWS Online in the US (http://www.navalwarfare.org/build/store ... e/time/ww2). It is only $29.99, only a few extra bucks for postage, arrives very quickly because of the type of postage they use, and you get the paper manual. You don't get the box though, but they can ship it that way if you want ... I'm guessing it costs more and takes longer. IIRC, I had mine within a week of ordering.

I did not go down the d/l path as I want the pprinted manual (at my age there isn't much else to do in bed [8|]
I am rather put off from ordering from the U.S. as I fear the taxman will have his pound of flesh!

Don't forget also that the manual is in PDF format and can be printed at your local print shop for about $5-10
US. I know that's a little extra coin but OTOH the quality of the final manual is outstanding. Spiral bound,
full size, easy to read pages. Plus it means you can have the game today instead of 3 or 4 days from now and
you won't have to pay shipping.
