How do you get the game to run in a window?

There an option to run in a window. Chose this, shut down the game, and teh game will then start in windowed mode.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty & well preserved body,
but rather to skid in broadside, totally worn out & proclaiming "WOW, what a ride!"
