AI crash

I am unable to get past the Japan Fall '43 turn. At some point during their turn they move a fleet and the game crashes. I've tried going back to other saves but once I get to this turn again it crashes.

There were no other problems up to this point. But it consistantly crashes at the same point as Japan moves a particular fleet.

I've attached the save (renamed .sav to .txt)
