I dont Know, what are you thinking about,, but these battle,,is the FINAL END FOR JAPAN FAN players

IS GOING TO BE FIXED???, or the new patch 1.5 is going in that way...., these battle has nothing to be with the historically way of WITP[:(] , i thought these game wanted to be equal as far as possible,, this is the end for the japan navy. Hope is just the excepcion and not the rule of the surface combat attacks, in the new pacth.

I know thoose CLs are tough to sink, that's is true, but one thing is that; is hard to be sink, (CL BOISE), and another thing is that she (CL BOISE) can sink 6 BBs, these are two different things¡¡

well my opponent made a few changes and we reran the turn...kept the surface engagement. The results are better, but still well out of reality. I swept the seas clear of American light cruisers and destroyers not before he sank all my destroyers and heavily damaged 3 out of my six Battleships...doing significant damage to the other three. Either our game is borked or...something.

Hmm, well this is much better. What is the skill levels of your BB's and officers?...are they just crap?[:'(]I see no other effecting modifier that hasn't been accounted for in this battle...

On the bright side, at least you didn't lose half your BB's.[:D]

Edit: Woah, how did one shell kill the Chiyoda?
Yamato, IMO the best looking Battleship.

What I did was to take a few air units off of training and put them on airfield attacks. I was trying to change the random numbers for the caylight surface combat. It changed it some but it is still totally screwed.

Yeah, I dunno...still trying to figure out how 1 shell, maximum size being 6", sank the Chiyoda. Hmm...nope don't have it...

I did not watch the combat but I would expect a Magazine Explosion did it in. In the first combat we reported both sides had a Magazine explosion. A 6" shell will have no problem penetrating the hull of a CS. [:D]

So the 3 BBs are afloat, but Nomad still sank a CVL[;)]

I've stopped using Chiyoda and Chiyoda for much of anything before 1/43.....

I don't know why the USN wanted all those expensive BBs, CAs, CVs, etc. All they
needed was 50 CL Boise clones and they could have sailed to Tokyo Bay and landed
a squad of Marines and ended the war before Christmas 1941. [:D]
