US Entry

It's Fall of '42 and the Axis are beating up on Russia....Japan has come in thru the back door and has been careful not to attack inland China....the US is still sleeping...at what point do they enter?

Yup, the manual is quite good ;)

But IIRC it is Winter43 (one more turn).

Yep, Wi43. Note that US production goes directly to 72 at this time. You have one year before German production goes to x4, too. If the axis can hold (and repair) 70 resources at this time, you loose. Basically, you need to take away whatever they have in africa, and make sure the axis doesnt hold caucasus at that time.
