If you cannot give the date of the release (understandable, don't want to set dissappointing expectations to david, matrix and the fans, I understand), can you at least use some other measuring like a percentage that let's us know you are progressing with the new features and the game in general, please?

Including the addition of Career mode and its various required changes/updates/modifications, and the bug hunting. I will estimate the game is now back up to 85-90% complete. The core things are all there in that you can run full seasons, and players retire, and you draft new ones, etc.. They've been there for a couple of months now. I'm in the process of fixing bugs that were introduced with those new additions and completing the leftovers that need to be done.

Thanks David, that was exactly what most of us here waiting at the Forums needed to hear. As completion seems to be weeks away (although I can always hope); would you please be kind enough to do this again weekly, to keep the games fan-base informed. This will be enough to let us know progress is being made and only those who a pre-disposed to flaming will feel the need to keep pressing for more. Some have been waiting for your Simulation for years, and progress report like that will help them and us newer additions to the waiting list to make these last months (or weeks) a little easier. Of course if you have time to answer questions that arise in the areas of content or game design that even some of the old Forum pros cant answer, we'd appreciate that as well.
I suspect that most of us here would like nothing better than for you to eat, sleep, and do nothing besides complete the Simulation as quickly as possible (and bugless too, of course). I suspect the Real World will interfere with those lofty Plans, so don't lose the faith that started you down this path, oh so many years ago. I'll be back in 8 or 10 days to see what you and those that use this forum are up to.
