Sorry to be such a dunce.How do I access the Manual on Steel Panthers World at War and Pacific Battles Matrix Editions? Many Thanks.

Don't know about the Pacific Battles thingee, but for SPWaW the manual is in the Steel Panthers World At War folder of your game, or search for SPWaW-Manual.pdf.
