I'm back...and 1.5 and modding feedback wanted

I'm back after a long hiatus, finnally have a top shelf PC...unfortunately due to some poor planning and eagerness on my first scartch built PC made some mistakes in terms of porting over backing up the old system. Therefore if anyone can point me to a locatation where Tankerace's graphic mods are stored I would appreciate it. Before I lost everything on my old PC he had provided me with graphics for the HMS Vanguard and USS Montana Class.

For those who have been involved with the CHS mod, aside from the AI having problems with the reduced number of transports and IJA 18th Infantry Division, how has the AI handled the ships added to the IJN build que? I bring this up for I had created a mod to enhance the Japanese if played by the AI, or just a for fun mod in general with some extra heavies, which would HMS Vanguard and possibly a sister ship for the RN and either extra Iowas or the Montana Class for the USN. Before anyone cries foul there were going to be a host of goodies for the IJN, namely Shinano as a BB, the Type B-65 Battlecruiser, sister ships for Taiho (two), and the real balance breaker, at least early in the war, a sister to the Shokaku and Zuikaku.

Since I have yet to delve into 1.5. How has the AI handled the new aircraft upgrade rules if player choice is allowed? Does it optimize on using the best plane available or does it merely use the defualt (historical) build path? The mod I made earlier I made some changes so that some of the Oscars would upgrade to better aircraft late in the war. I may have to kick off an AI vs AI vanilla 1.5 to see how things look in 1943-44.

On other item, this is mainly geared towards those who play the Japanese exhaustively. How much additional naval shipyard capacity can the Japanese economy sustain? I know Japan has serious limits on it's economy I do not want to wreck the fine balance, therefore if additional naval shipyards are added what other balance needs to occur? I know most players freeze Shinano to free up points, but how many increase the size of current shipyards and at what other costs?
