Kudos to the CHS Team

Ok, so there's a lot of stuff that is just amazing.

I love the map. I hated the black rail lines in the stock map. They're just perfectly straight. I like how all the roads and rail lines curve and look realistic. It's also so much easier to see what hexes have roads/rail. I never noticed how difficult it was to decifer data like that in the stock map. I also like how you can definitely tell what hexes are coastal and what are full ocean. Burma and Northern Australia are so much better. I'll need to resupply the northern australian bases via ship now. India and the US are also so much better.

I also am just fascinated with the level of detail on ships. I lost the Dewey dry dock and just about cried. It was cool to look at and now I can't use it. Also, all the small cargo ships. I can actually supply those bases in northern Australia with ships that fit the role. (don't risk those large AK's supplying Derby)

I like that air groups are smaller. Yeah, it's tedious when transferring groups around. But, you can put a small fighter group at Palmyra without worrying if you've divided too many groups.

Now I wish the auto-convoy system wasn't broke. There's so many backwater east Pacific bases that need checking on without the auto convoy system.

All the new graphics are amazing as well. I like how my fighters are slightly smaller than bombers. It adds a bit of realism. Ship graphics are cool too, but I think matrix did well on this anyway, so improvement isn't as noticable to my untrained eyes.

Thanks everyone.
The older I get, the better I was.
