When is a cut supply line counted??
If I cut a rail line, in wich phase will it generate a shortage?In my opponents move or in my next phase?

If I cut the last rail line to about 15-20 Soviet armies how much will their rediness fall??

How much does the First winter count when the Soviet units is cut off for supply and rediness. <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

supply stops from square you cut it so count down from six from last supplied square.
sounds like a devastatiung move.
