F4F-4's not showing up in squadrons

I am in a senario 19 game PBEM. We started with 2.3 and then patched up to 2.41. I am seeing F4F-4s as available( usually up to 4 ) but my CV squadrons will not grow above 23 aircraft. The next turn I have 0 available and my squadrons are all at 23 still. And yes, they are all listed as a max size of 36. This has been going on for 6-8 turns now.

Anyone else seeing this problem. Another 5 or 6 turns have gone by and my CV F4F-4 squadrons are all stuck on 23 aircraft. The pool goes to 2 one turn then 4 then next turn and then to 0 and no squadrons are increasing in size. The VMF squadrons are all at 24 aircraft( full ). [&:]

Short answer.......it's a new "feature" in v2.41.

Read the topic "2.41 makes UV worse" and then ye shall see the light....
