Take command in this dynamic turn-based game and test strategies that long-past generals and world leaders could only dream of. Now anything is possible in this new strategic offering from Matrix Games and 2 by 3 Games.

Latest on the upcoming patch

Post by Joel Billings »

A quick update. We put a version of the installable patch into test this morning, only to finally get a save from a tester on a nasty bug that was keeping some land units in odd situations not to return to a factory when they were damaged. With the help of the save we just fixed this bug and hope to wrap up the final testing in a day or two. We don't have any outstanding game issues that we are working on for this patch at this time. Something could always come up to derail us, but we all want to get the patch posted before this weekend if possible.

Sorry, are there people outside of California? [:)] The patch has been approved and now it's just a matter of getting the admin part of making the patch available completed. Unless there's a last minute glitch, I'm told it should be avaiable for download sometime this evening EST (please don't ask me to calculate the GMT offset).

Hi everyone,

It will be up tonight, our web guy is in Australia so these things happen a bit late in terms of US time.

The media is a little ahead of the event!

Great news, if a tad premature, as it will make an enjoyable game even better. Hats off to the team for the support and communication. There are any number of publishers that are not as forthcoming with information and even less open to the suggestions of the community. Three cheers!
