I suppose that destroyed units disappear from the screen but what about dammaged ones?
Should I repair them and if yes, how ?

Damaged units are put back into the build queue, but take shorter time to rebuild than entirely new units. :) Also, half of the manpower they cost is put back into the manpower pool.

and what happend is the build queue already uses all prod and factory points ? Is the unit repeared the same ? This is the case all the time I think simply because we maximize production at each game turn. no?

They are put in the production spiral just like any unit being produced from scratch. If you've got too much production because of that, you have to fix it yourself, or the computer will do it for you :) probably not how you'd like it of course.
1 Population is added to the total per unit damaged. When the unit is fully repaired it'll cost 2 Population points, just like any other unit being created.
