scanned a photo but I don't know what program I need on my computer to send it and then what process do I use to put it in the post section.

Open it with windows picture and fax viewer,then save in JEPG format if not already. Then just check the box below to Embed picture then click to up load. If the size is to large just re-size in windows paint
