Question on release date

Battles In Italy is the fourth game in the award-winning Decisive Battles of WWII game series from Strategic Studies Group. Battles in Italy recreates all aspects of the Italy campaign, from the landings on Sicily to Salerno, Anzio and Rome. Strategic Studies Group has again updated the Decisive Battles game engine for Battles in Italy with campaign specific features and other enhancements.

Question on release date

In the USA this weekend will be a holiday weekend, and actually I got 4 days off and the wife and kids will be out of town. The press release says a late May release any chance it will be in time for this weekend?

Judging by commnets made on SSG's website i think the only thing they need to work out is the digital download. i am also looking forward to having this by the weekend if possible :) Keep your fingers crossed :)

[:D]I wouldn't be suprised to see it any day now, judging by past experience. A 3 day+ weekend would be a perfect time to fire this puppy up, i should be done with my first campaign of Imperial Glory[awesome!] and could be playing BiI while i re-read Frederick The Great by David Fraser[8D].

Can you give some more details on Imperial Glory? After reading your comment, I went to their web site, but just could not get a feel for the game.
What game is it like (I have almost all Matrix games)? Does it have a good AI? Is there any web site, or review that gives a better feel for the game? Thanks much
