Serial number does not work

I just purchased WAW and I cannot get the serial number on the white CD sleeve to work. I have tried with and without the dashes. What's more is I cannot get an email through to support as it rejects me as spam. I use Gmail as I hate POP type email.

I would appreciate some assistance with this problem.
