just as much as the UK and the british commonwealth I suppose. I think Western Allies was a good choice of a name.

I think he means that it should be considered it's own nationality, not that it shouldn't be part of the Western Allies. Given that almost all minor countries are already represented, Brazil should be too.

The British Commonwealth weren't completely independent nations (at least not officially). Brazil on the other hand was.

I guess Brazil could have been represented as American Rumania, with one population point and single factory capable of producing infantry and militia only.

Quite a problem there with the population. Brazil has a fairly large population, but its commitment to the war was far from the "total war" levels of other nations. In that sense it would make sense to have it have a small population for game purposes.

But on the other hand, if the enemy were to invade (a rare thing indeed, so it's -almost- a moot point), I could imagine large numbers of Brazilians acting as partisans, so in that sense, Brazil should have a large population.

What to do, what to do?

Well, I think we should get at least a Brazilian Flag for nationality!
All the other major south american countries do...
