Online Ordering Woes

Post by MartNick »

Just tried to order this online with Digital River, it failed 3 times. So I give up. Didn't you have this problem last time with BiN. Very boring.

Please give us some additional details, the ordering process is working fine for many, many customers. If you are having a problem we could likely get you working in a few minutes with more details.

Hi

I go through the whole process, put my cc details etc in and I get this. All of the supplied info is correct so I don't know now what to do? I tried 3 times and got this every time.

I can't get this game direct from SSG even tho they are in Australia and I'm in New Zealand. So If you can't help me I'm gonna have to scratch this game off my 'To Buy' list. Thanks

Quick idea as this affected me - be sure not to use your scroll wheel or anything else to accidentally change a field. That happened with my card expiry date.

Cheers,
Adam.

Hi Marc, if that was for me - all's ok my end. When I got the rejection message I just went back re-entered the expiry date and no probs.

The only issues I had with the download were:

1. Download speed 15kbs! I called my ISP today and they said on my plan my usual speed is 54kbs. So they think it's at the your/DR end. When I just downloaded the 1.01 patch I got only 15kbs too.

2. No file size/time estimation on download.

3. Star Downloader completing the download at 610kb.

But I managed to download the game in the end without Star Downloader and I have it loaded to play at 1.01 now. I'll be hitting Husky shortly in fact.

Thanks anyway,
Adam.

Seems I wont be joining you all with this one, as whatever the problem is I'm not going to be able to order with my cc. Had two extra unsuccesful tries with the support guys. Never had this problem before with any form of online ordering. ah well.

Here's a last suggestion - did you try ordering by phone? If it isn't happening through the internet, for whatever reason, just order through the store phone number.

In the US: 952-646-5257
In the EU: +44 (0)870 443 2150
