Do you have this problem with any other scenarios? Can you post a save file of the fifth turn orders that, when run, duplicates the crash for you? We can test it here and SSG can test it to see what the problem is. Without some investigation, I have no idea why it might be crashing.

I am seeing the same problem(s) as kazooba1 -
Avalanche freezes around turn 5
Husky freezes at the beginning while the allied turn is starting its barrage of the coast
Shingle freezes during the allied turn 3

Kazooba1,

I was able to duplicate the issue with your save file and I've forwarded this to SSG for their investigation. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience. With any luck, we'll hear something from them on this tonight.

Same here, Husky first turn playing as Axis during Allied first turn the game stopped(not froze as i could scroll around). Note: the combat where it stopped had two units surrender and that's the screen where it failed to continue. Oh well...nice map anyhow[;)].

ORIGINAL: kazooba1

here it is

How are you advancing the AI? (choices are: 1) play AI thru to end, 2) next AI move, and 3) play to next AI combat).

When I use the play AI to next combat button there is no problem. The attached file plays thru Allied turn nicely and the next Axis turn loads without any problem.

According to Roger Keating(SSG) an error was indeed found and a patch will be iminent. Apparently you "CAN" play as the Allies without problems.
