Yes, the only thing that bothers me about this game is that it reminds me of Empire Deluxe. Which is pretty bad when it comes to graphics. Not that I need great graphics but I thought we were beyond that day and age...[:D]
Yamato, IMO the best looking Battleship.

Exactly! Our modders made better maps and unit graphics (for free).

Okay, graphics suck - but so what, I still play Empire Deluxe occasionally [:'(]. And I noticed at least one feature in this game which WitP doesn't have - it allows putting at least two Admirals in the same TF. And in conrast to WitP, this game will run on my stoneage laptop I'm forced to use for providing me with the life-saving doses of computer games when I'm out of town [:)].

15 megs sounds about right...most programs these days are all graphics (the main reason games are reaching 2 gigs now). Must be a conspiracy to make ppl buy bigger HD's...[:D]

I loved Empire Delux. There was another game sorta like ED with the same sort of cheesy graphics that I can't recall. It covered Guadacanal and the South Pacific. The one thing I remember was when you bombarded an island you you would see the island with building and you could see the shells from bombarding ships hitting stuff. This game came out around the mid 90's...

sorry, but that game looks retarded. Those graphics are atrocious and the script is in bad english. what a joke.
It doesn't make any sense, Admiral. Were we better than the Japanese or just luckier?
