Can't auto E-mail

Not new for me in Italy as also an issue with BiN. I really believe something with my XP system and maybe some service or some other thing I have disabled for speed and safety. I don't see any other complaints on the forum so I realize I am special. [;)]

Anyway... here's the error I get when trying to auto e-mail. Seen anything like this guys? I did a Zone Alarm disable as first easy step but no luck.

I've been sending the file manually so not a huge issue but still a drag.

Nobody can help? Does ClassFactory point me somewhere to look?
