Lorenzo's House Rules - help

Post by m200 »

Hi,

I downloaded Lorenzo's House Rules and have trouble understanding some of them. Could someone help and explain what is meant by the following rules:

3) To move a unit must be a division in it.

9) If an isolated unit receives air supply, only can't to advance or to attack to their home lines. If it doesn't receive air supply, can do anything. - I think I know what (9) means but I'm not sure.

Take care

Hi,

3- to move a korps must have a division at less and not only sub-units (flaks...). But this is fixed in the v.3.2 so if you plot a korps with no divisions will not move.

9- If you airlift an unsupplied korps only can move or attack to advance to their lines to regain the supply. You can not use them for offensive purposes. If the unsupplied korps is not airlifted you can do as you want with the korps.

Hope this helps <img src="smile.gif" border="0">

IMO

It is prevent ghost unit like a unit with only 1 tank battalion who perform an encirclement of whole army group. Something like that.

IMO
It is to reflect the need of full supply for a unit to perform a classic attack.

If isolated and not receiving air supply the unit can not perform any attacking actions, he has only supply to maintain his position not more.

If isolated and receive air supply, the unit has only sufficient supply to try to rejoin their friends not to perform a classic attack.
