Japanese player scen 15 fast-paced game wanted - ENDED

I am looking for a japanese player who is interested in a fast-paced and non-gamey scenario 15.

I should be able to produce more than one turn a day - uk timezone - even more at weekends - and will always keep my opponent notified if turns are going to be significantly delayed. I will play in a sensible manner - not seeking to exploit any quirks of the game - and would appreciate an opponent who thinks in a similar way for instance no playing right to the map edge please. Houserules are optional but I would try to keep them to a minimum - instead relying on a sense of 'fair play'. Startup options can be discussed but I believe the historic start helps slow the pace of the game.

I'm interested in close to 2 turns per day
fair play "was difficult to find by now"
I'm strongly after non historical game - no PH as for now
eastern malaya and PI but no DEI landings
game time since 10 gmt till late night
