I am just wondering f there will be a STUN2 demo, (I'm not sure if the game will run on my system, etc.).

they are not releasing a demo for STUN 2. instead they are just having people download the shareware of part 1. the game plays the same, but the graphics are much improved in part 2. it should still have very low system requirements.

I've just noticed that the Matrix Games website doesn't list requirements for the game. They're quite low as you can see here. If the demo runs on your machine and you have the horsepower below, then you shouldn't have a problem.

The system requirements are:
Pentium(r) II 300 (or equivalent), 32 MB RAM
300 MB Hard Disk Space
2 MB Video Card (16-bit color, DirectX compatible drivers)
16-bit DirectX compatible Soundcard
Windows-compatible Mouse
DirectX 7 or 8

That's great, I had heard rumors that the new version needs 64 MB's of ram and a 3D card.

Well so much for this game. I guess it's back to Nethack for me.
