Time zone GMT +8 opponent wanted!

IMO, most of the pbem players in this forum are either from Europe, the States or Australia.

just wonder whether any pbem players in my time zone (GMT +8) will start a quick 2vs2 game.[8|]

To be honest it does not matter what time zone you are in. [:D] Unless you are agreeing to play more than one turn in 24 hours.[:'(]

I am on the US East Coast and can get in two turns a day, one between 05:00 am to 06:00 am and another after 20:00 (08:00 pm). So I could do two a day, but not really more. Given the 10 hour difference in time zones, my morning turn you would recieve in the late day. My evening turn you would recieve in the morning so you could also do two a day, if you have the availability during your morning.

Not certain what my time zone is...think GMT + 5.
Central-Eastern Canada - Ottawa Ontario.

I have recently upgraded to v 033, have one game in motion as German.
Will consider a 2nd game. I wish to be Jap in next game.

My sense is that it is better to be in different world time zones. The opponent plays while you are asleep and vice-versa. Then again...DID the opponent receive the file, or did you goof off and forget to add the attachment .

just got a couple of games in action, esp. the tournament is on ...
will be more than happy to start another 2x2 game when a game or two on hand is finished.

re: timezone, i see ur pt, but if u got 4 serious players in ur timezone, i think its possible to play 2 full turns a day which could be really nice.

IMO, for a smooth 2x2 game, "timezone" mgt is crucial. for example, it will be nice for a game to have, say

Germany: MarcelJV (east coast NA)
IJN: MikeB (central NA)
Russia/ CHN: vacant (someone btw west coast NA to JPN)
WA: a511 (Far East)
