Land Units out of Supply issues

Hello ,

In general what is the effect of being out of supply ? Of coarse understand what it is but what happens in the context of the game ?
Does fatigue go up , morale go down ??
I assume combat effectiveness is reduced ??
Air cannot fly at all as the B Force has no supply or is it reduced ??
Planes and ships do not repair ?

I there any also effect of reduced supply ( pink level )

Out of supply, combat effectiveness is reduced by 75% attacking and defending.

Your LCU will not recover any fatigue, disruption, morale or disablements at all.
