I guess I should be asking the Adrenaline Vault site this, but I'm going to ask it here anyway.

At the http://www.avault.com/previews/
site it has SP:WAW listed to come out October 2.
Also, Mattel Interactive is listed right by it.
I'm just wondering why this is?
I guess just an error on their part.

That has to be an error. They might be referring their new Squad Leader game, which does not initially appear to be the Squad Leader game I know...WB
