Price good in UK

Post by wodin »

If you live in the UK its only £41.08 incl shipping.

Not bad at all.

£8 cheaper than a new console game. £2 more expensive than a top price PC game.

Good price indeed.

No compliants from me.

RE: VAT ?

Post by JeF »

Hi,

Pre-ordering the game + shipping by std mail to Belgium is 60 EUR.

I'm tempted but I'd like to know (from you wodin or crabe tambour who ordered from France or from anyone in the known) : What about VAT ? I have the impression that prices in the shop do not include VAT at all. Or do they already include the British VAT (17.5%) ? Do I need to do a +21% (*) on this otherwise good price ?

JeF.

Hi JeF,
The price you get when you order (after entering address etc...) includes VAT of your OWN country.
They says : "At the time of purchase, the exact VAT will be applied based on the customer's ship-to country."
It was 20,6% for me (Good morning, this is France ! [8|] )

Where are you in Belgium? I lived during two years in Antwerpen (the city of the most beautiful women in the entire world ).

From the pop-window in our Euro Shop:
"Important Notice!

Please note that all prices listed in the United Kingdom and Euro stores DO NOT include any VAT charges that may apply. At the time of purchase, the exact VAT will be applied based on the customer's ship-to country."

Browsing the web with Firefox. Pop-ups disabled. Missed the message. My fault.

Thanks for the head-up Marc and all.

I live near the linguistic border, between Tongeren (Tongres) and Waremme (Borgwom), in the "Province de Liège" . Far away from Antwerp where I have to go to work several days per week anyway.
